Access change request for a Zedmed Cloud User

Add or remove a role for an existing user. 

Important: a user access change must be submitted by a practice manager.

Approval

Only the practice manager can request access changes to a user's account. Zedmed will confirm that the requester's verified email address is on our allowed list of approvers.

Access change

Provide the details of the user and the access change required.

Note: the Practice Manager role does not provide clinical access. Only the Doctor and Nurse roles allow actions to be performed in clinical.
