Secure Send setup request

Secure Send is available in Zedmed v36.5 and later. Please upgrade to this version before submitting the request.

Secure Send is a free feature that sends a copy of an invoice, referral or document to a secure online portal. A link to the portal is then sent to the payer or NOK payer using email or SMS, along with a security code to access the file. To learn more, see our user guide.

SMS options

The document download link can be sent to the recipient by email or SMS. The SMS option requires ZedSMS and uses credits from the practice ZedSMS account.

The logo will be used on the download portal so your patients know it is your practice.

If you do not have a logo, we will apply a generic one with your practice name.

If you do have a logo, please select 'Yes'. It's easy to download from your website by following the instructions displayed if you select 'Yes'. With your logo, we can create a branded download page with your logo and its colours and create a recognisable portal for your patients.

How to get your logo

If you do not have a copy of your logo or cannot get it from the logo designer, you can download it from your website: Right-click the logo and select Save image. For more detailed instructions, see the logo guide.

The logo requirements

Your logo should meet the following criteria:

Size: Height 80px.
File type: PNG, JPG or GIF
Background: transparent or white

Your brand colours

Please provide the colours that should be used on the download email and download page using the HEX code for each color. You can use a picker to get the colour codes from your logo or we will extract the colours for you.
